Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
Tamisha Williams Consulting works hard to make sure our downloads are of high quality and easily accessible to customers. We stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot always work perfectly for everyone. If you would like to request a refund, contact me at hello@tamishawilliams.com and indicate "refund request" in the subject line.
When requesting a refund, I do ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
You are within the first 30 days of the original purchase.
You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the refund is needed.
If a refund is granted, you agree to destroy any physical copies you may have printed and delete digital resources.
If your issue(s) comes from not being able to download, unzip, open, or print the resource, we will happily consider your refund request OR provide limited support for these issues.
Refund Policy for Physical Products
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
Change of Mind Returns: Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (original shipping costs not refunded). Products must be in original, unopened condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective.
Pre-Orders: Pre-order cancellations are accepted until the product ships. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
Non-Refundable Items: Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
